COVID-19 Update:

Be prepared for delays

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

We're closely communicating with our partners to make sure they can supply us with adequate stock levels from their distributed network of wholesalers, even Amazon has expressed that it's experiencing delays of up to 1 month.

 

1.Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

2.How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order has been processed, please allow 14-18 days for your order to arrive (varies by location).

 *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!

3.How can I track my order?Tracking will become available 3-5 days after your order has been placed.

4.How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed within 2-5 days.

*We do not process orders on weekends.*

5.When will my order be shipped out?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 2-5 days for your order to be shipped out.

6. If I like a design, can I get it put on another product?

Yes, of course, just message us and let us know what you would like. 

 

7. Can I customize a product, such as adding a name?  

Maybe, just message us and let us know.  We will see what we can do.
